THE BOYS ARE STEPPING UP THEIR FITNESS REGIMES!

With just a week left till the first game of the season, the players have been stepping up their fitness regimes. Solid Central defender, Luke Mayes, has been putting extra sessions to make sure stamina wont be a problem in the 30 minute matches.

''I have knuckled down, worked my ass off, and intensified my workout'' said a sweaty Mayes ''Im really looking forward to getting on the pitch and am looking forward to the campaign ahead''.
